Research into the challenges and opportunities for advocacy within the Higher Education archives sector. Creation of an advocacy toolkit.
Cumbria Local History Federation (2022)
Development and delivery of a two-day course for local history groups on managing collections. Included follow-up visits to the groups and general support.
North Wales Archives Partnership (2021)
The creation of a strategy and 5-year action plan for targeted digitisation of collections. With Sarah Wickham.

Project researching the barriers and issues, strategic, organisational and technological, involved with providing long-term (100+ years) access to local authority records in digital form. With Sarah Wickham.

Review of the organisation to ensure a robust children and young people’s organisation fit for the future. With Tom Forrest.
Staffordshire History Centre (2017)
Development of an Active Partnership for Round 2 Heritage Lottery Fund bid. This included facilitating meetings with stakeholders to improve engagement and exploring options for a development trust. With Headland Design and Tom Forrest.
Greater Manchester Archives and Local Studies Partnership (2017)
Creation of a partnership development plan 2017-2020. With Tom Forrest. I also helped with the development of a volunteer toolkit and training plan.
Archives West Midlands (2014-2015)
We worked with the West Midlands Regional Archives Forum to explore the advantages of greater collaboration. This resulted in a plan to deliver a range of projects and the creation of a new charitable organisation to provide sustainable governance. With Tom Forrest.
