Consultation and creation of an Activity Plan to support their Round 2 bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for new history centres in Chester and Crewe. Included the creation of an evaluation plan and toolkit. With Headland Design.

Creation of a successful National Lottery Heritage Fund bid to digitise a large newspaper photographic archive and develop a volunteering programme.

Consultancy support for their Round 2 Coming in from the Cold Heritage Lottery Fund bid. With Headland Design.
